Pursuant to Elections Code election 4008, the Voter’s Choice Task Force brings together County elections officials; Individuals with expertise in language accessibility under the federal Voting Rights Act of 1965; Advocates for people with disabilities, including service providers and community organizations; and election experts with hands-on experience to review elections conducted under the Voter’s Choice Act.
