Safe at Home does not operate a public counter. In compliance with California Code of Regulations Section 22101.2, Safe at Home is only available to accept in-person service of process deliveries during regular business hours. Should I fax, email, or mail forms to Safe at Home?
If You Are Applying
You cannot send application forms directly to Safe at Home. You must work with an Enrolling Agency. They will mail your forms or send them through their online portal login.
If You Are Already Enrolled
You can send forms directly to Safe at Home by mail. You can also send some forms by email or fax. If you are not sure if your form can be emailed or faxed, please contact us.
