Gifts to Public Agency Reports
The Secretary of State is required to report to the Fair Political Practices Commission (FPPC) any gifts made to the agency as a whole. The payments must be used for official agency business and must meet other requirements as defined by FPPC Regulation 18944.2, which is available on the FPPC website at www.fppc.ca.gov.
