Secretary of State Alex Padilla Certifies Candidates for Congressional District 25 and Senate District 28 Special Primary Elections

SACRAMENTO, CA – Secretary of State Alex Padilla yesterday certified the lists of candidates who will appear on the March 3, 2020 Congressional District 25 and Senate District 28 Special Primary Election ballots.
