Secretary of State Alex Padilla to Participate in AltaMed Health Services Town Hall on Civic Engagement Program for Underrepresented Communities

SACRAMENTO, CA – Secretary of State Alex Padilla will participate in an AltaMed Health Services virtual town hall on Facebook Live at 12 p.m. on Wednesday, August 5 to announce the expansion of AltaMed’s “My Vote, My Health” or “Mi Voto, Mi Salud” Integrated Voter Engagement program. The program aims to mobilize low-propensity voters in underrepresented communities, with specific emphasis on outreach towards Latino and millenial voters. They will also be joined by the California Primary Care Association (CPCA) and other community health partners.
