Secretary of State Alex Padilla’s office will hold a randomized alphabet drawing to determine the order in which candidates’ names will appear on the March 3, 2020 Special Primary Elections for Congressional District 25 and State Senate District 28.
Candidates, members of the media, and the public are invited to observe the drawing.
