Secretary of State Alex Padilla Announces Public Meeting on Cal-ACCESS Replacement System
LOS ANGELES – A public meeting will be held to give interested and affected parties an opportunity to express their views on the desired features and electronic filing format of an internet-based, electronic system for reporting and disclosure of campaign finance and lobby activity pursuant to the requirements of SB 1349 (Hertzberg).

Auditorium doors will open at 10:00 a.m. Anyone wishing to provide oral comment at the hearing is requested to complete a speaker’s card upon arrival. Each speaker during the public comment period will be allotted three minutes for presentation. Anyone wishing to submit written comments can do so by delivering a copy at the meeting or by e-mailing it to PRDCARS@sos.ca.gov.
