Secretary of State Alex Padilla to Visit Oakland Military Institute
Secretary of State Alex Padilla will visit the Oakland Military Institute on Thursday, April 28, as part of High School Voter Education Weeks (April 18 – 29).
Secretary of State Padilla will discuss the importance of voter registration and the role young people can play in shaping the future through civic participation.
The Alameda County Registrar of Voters office will also be present to assist eligible students who want to register vote.
