California Student Mock Election Tomorrow; Secretary Padilla to Visit Venice High School
Schools across California will be participating in the Student Mock Election tomorrow October 11, 2016.
California students participating in the Mock Election will “vote” for US President, US Senate, and several of the Propositions that will be on the November General Election ballot. Results will be reported to the Secretary of State’s office and made available online.
Secretary of State Padilla will visit Venice High School as students cast mock election ballots. He will also address an assembly of the school’s senior class to encourage voter registration ahead of the November 8, 2016 General Election.
