Secretary of State Alex Padilla to Visit Parlier High School
Secretary of State Alex Padilla celebrates High School Voter Education Weeks (September 14 – 25) with a visit to Parlier High School on September 16. More than 200 students will be on hand as Secretary Padilla discusses the importance of voter registration and the role young people can play in shaping the future through civic participation. The Fresno County Registrar of Voters will also be present with voting booths, voter registration cards, and mock election ballots. The Fresno League of Women Voters and Mi Familia Vota will also provide volunteers to help register students to vote.
