Secretary of State's Office to Conduct
Randomized Alphabet Drawing for Assembly District 4 Special Election

WHAT:

Secretary of State Debra Bowen's office will hold a randomized alphabet drawing to determine the order in which candidates' names will appear on the March 8 special primary election ballots and, if necessary, the May 3 special run-off election ballots in the 4th Assembly District.

The Assembly District 4 special election is being held to fill the vacancy left by the resignation of Ted Gaines.

Candidates, members of the media, and the public are invited to observe the drawing.
